How it works

Three simple steps. Better upgrade context.

UpgradeForecast is designed to capture the few pieces of information that matter most without turning travel day into another data-entry exercise.

01

Add your trip

Find airports by city, airport name, or code, then enter the airport-local times from your itinerary and get an initial forecast. Email forwarding is planned for a future release.

02

Update your position

Update your rolling 12-month Loyalty Points anytime. List reporting opens 12 hours before departure. Clearance reporting follows your status window; SWU clearance can be reported anytime.

03

Report the result

Tell us whether one, both, or neither passenger cleared. Every completed report improves future predictions.

The Upgrade Score

A forecast with context.

Get an initial score when you add a booked trip, then refine it as new details arrive. Confidence is shown as High, Medium, or Low to describe the strength of the supporting data, separately from your upgrade outlook.

SunnyFavorable upgrade outlook
CloudyMixed upgrade outlook
StormyUnfavorable upgrade outlook

These describe your upgrade outlook, not flight weather. Confidence reflects the amount, relevance, and freshness of the supporting data: High, Medium, or Low. A sunny outlook can still have low confidence.

From booking to boarding

A score that evolves with your trip.

When you add a booked trip

Get an initial score using your current elite status, rolling 12-month Loyalty Points, route history, passenger count, upgrade type, and premium cabin availability where reliable data is available.

Between booking and departure

Refine your score as new cabin availability arrives or you report changes to your status or rolling Loyalty Points.

Once you know your position

Add your waitlist position and total list size to refine the score alongside the latest available cabin inventory and your updated traveler details.

Just before departure

Capture your final list position before the list disappears. Automatic reminder delivery is planned.

After the flight

Record whether one, both, or neither passenger cleared and help improve the model.
